    THE IDEA

    AtOnce was conceived in the late 2000's as we saw e-commerce taking root in the minds of shoppers and Brands world-wide. We had been working for decades within both the wholesale and retail segments of Apparel. At that time, a number of our team worked for Brands, helping set up b2b sites to streamline the chaos of wholesale ordering. These systems were expensive, custom one-offs, and while they improved efficiencies, big brands were caught having to employ large IT teams to manage and update these complex systems. Within a relatively short space of time, these systems became antiquated.

    With the advent of Cloud based computing, we realized the opportunity to create a flexible system that could work for everyone, large and small. MyAtOnce was born, with the idea of creating one platform that would continually evolve and could be easily implemented for all types of Brands.

    The solution

    Our solution is simple; a platform based on visual representation, where an image is worth a thousand spreadsheets. Aside from our own experience, we consulted numerous companies in the apparel and footwear industries to explore various business rules and needs. Everyone in the process contributed (ownership, management, sales reps, customer service and buyers). The result is a beautiful and user friendly design, which can be highly customized for the most complex product offerings.

    Over the past five years we have assembled a full time team of programmers, designers and support persons ready to respond to our customer’s needs and requirements. Make no mistake, this is a complex and robust system. The user experience is essentially that of e-commerce, while the engine under the hood handles all of the business rules involved in your wholesale relationships. No more chaos.

    EFFICIENCIES

    With AtOnce, we give Sales Managers and Sales Reps the ability to promote and recommend product visually, from pre-book delivery dates, to in-stock ordering. Sales Reps can send orders back to buyers with a simple mouse-click to ask for more units. Brands are given tools for customizable reporting and style replacement capabilities. And Buyers have a straight forward shopping experience they already know, with added tools, such as, planning quantities and reports, helping to plan their open to buy and/or forecast their inventory.

    BRING IT

    Our Team and customers continue to offer ideas to help propel their businesses and increase revenues.  The most recent additions included on the fly tallying of pre-booking units per item.  This allows Sales Managers and  Sales Reps the ability to see what items are booking well and which aren't, so they be proactive in recommending those most likely to be produced and correct orders that may have items not making a cut, before the deadlines pass.

    Another recent improvement is the addition of our dropped style tool, which helps brands manage styles that don't make the cut, but letting buyers know visually, what the style is, order affected and make recommendations for styles to replace the item rather than losing the lost dollars completely.
